My home is 5 bed / 4 baths featuring an open floor plan with shared living/dining rooms across from the kitchen, as well as a community coffee bar. This listing is for a private bedroom & bathroom featuring a queen size bed with underbed storage, private attached bathroom with large corner jacuzzi tube and walk in rainfall shower, 48in writing desk, full length mirror, bedside dresser/nightstand and huge closet to store belongings or clothes. In addition to your private bed/bath, you will also have access to the main floor shared spaces, including the living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry, patio and backyard. I frequently travel out of town for work/family, but am easy to get ahold of by phone/text for any needs you may have! When home, I often split my time between here and my new rental property down the street. I am always open to questions about Wichita and suggestions on ways to improve your stay. Bradley Fair, Clifton Square and Waterfront Plaza are within a 10min drive, hosting some of the best shopping/restaurants in Wichita. For my outdoor enthusiasts, my house connects you to numerous biking/walk paths in Wichita to explore, including a nearby park outdoor fitness stations and tennis courts. If arriving by car, you’ll find Wichita is a relatively low traffic city with little to no rush hour. Parking is a breeze at most places with the exception of Downtown/Clifton Square/Delano. Being in Wichita without a car is more difficult, but doable. There is a gym, grocery store and numerous restaurants within 2 miles of the house, bikes provided upon request and abundant Ubers available. There is a bus stop .5 miles from the house that will connect you to the downtown hospitals for medical inters and residents without cars. My house also connects you to all the bike routes throughout Wichita if your looking for a scenic tour or an adventure downtown! My home is designed to be an Airbnb community living space for out of town travelers. During your stay, you’ll often have the chance to meet 2-3 other guests traveling for work, internships or school. I only host stays 28 days or longer, so my guests have an opportunity to build long term friendships while exploring a new city.
