Rentable for a minimum of 31 days - local law! Great location! Mediterranean hilltop mansion with city, mountain & some ocean views. Spectacular marble entry & spiral stairway leading into large round living room. Large Dining & Family room. Each bedroom has private bathroom and terrace. A newly installed outdoor jacuzzi in the back yard overlooking the mountains and the city. 5 minutes by car and 20mn walking distance from the city and the beach. The space The whole house with two floors is accessible for the guests ( approximately 4000sq) plus terraces and garden .There is a studio available to rent approximately 250 sq . The staff has access to a private office in the basement . It has no connections with the other two floors since the door is locked. Guest access The whole house is private, laundry room and jaccuzy tub except part of the basement area where staff has access and has it own private entrance . Other things to note There is a possibility to rent a large studio that is part of the house at extra charge. Sometimes a caretaker can be living on site or just coming to check the property without disturbing the guests since there is a private entrance in another floor down below that doesn't interact with the guests at all but only if needed. The utilities are paid by the guest after $200 paid by the owner per month.
