Unique and family-friendly summer house in a peaceful setting. The area is characterised by nature and summer cottages, with beautiful beaches 6 km away. Arresø lake, largest in Denmark is a 5-minute walk from the cottage, and the Tinggården restaurant is a 15-minute walk away. InTisvilde Hegn forest, you will have direct access to scenic hiking trails. A perfect retreat for nature lovers. The space Discover Frederiksværk area from this cosy log cottage. Located on a secluded plot (2370 sqm) at the end of a private road in a very peaceful area, away from traffic noise. Within 10m walk from Arresø lake, close to beautiful nature walks, and 15m ride from Liseleje beach. Possibility to also walk/ride bikes through the woods and reach to the beach within 6km. Many other attractions nearby. If you are lucky, you will see deers in our garden! A brightly and cosy holiday cottage (90 sqm) with three double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with large tab and shower, and toilet/laundry. Open space in the centre of the house with living room, dinning room and kitchen, all warmed up by a fireplace. There is space for 5 people to stay comfortably ( 3 bedrooms. two with 2x double beds and one with 1 single bed). Additionally there are two separate attic rooms (hemps) suited mostly for kids with small single beds (climbing a step wall ladder- see photos) which can hold up to two kids (total). Large lovely wooden terrace, great for entertainment and enjoying sunny days. if you prefer some quite time, join the porche. The large outdoor space is great for games and playing. It also has a small playground and sandpit for kids. Covered parking space within the plot. The house is 2.5 km walking distance from some shops (Spar) and cafes. Please see information about cleaning fee. Other things to note Please note that we charge a cleaning fee to keep the cottage clean and disinfected before and after your stay, following current covid 19 guidelines. The cottage will be left for your use in very good condition. and it needs to be left tidy up, and this fee covers mainly disinfection of all surfaces, including floors, and ventilation, and cleaning of all the linen and sheets, but not deep cleaning of the house. The fee is currently of 895 dkk for the full house (except attic) and 795 if you use 1-2 bedrooms. Payment can be arranged directly with the agency. Cleaning of oven and other extras can be arranged additionally at your request. Thank you!
