The Little House in Yoder

Built in the late 1800's, the Little House is the oldest house in the Yoder community. It's full of old-world charm and modern conveniences. If these walls could talk, they'd tell lots of stories! Add this place to your list of must-sees in the our community.... it's one of a kind. Also check out our other Airbnb listing called "The Chicken House"-- another restored property just waiting to be explored. Both houses are in our backyard in the town of Yoder, the center of quaint charm. The upstairs is an open bedroom with a queen size bed and a half bath. There are two single mattresses available upon request for additional floor space bedding. A crib is also available upon request. The downstairs features a living room, fully equipped kitchen and full bathroom. Both levels have a TV and WiFi access. A note about breakfast: in order to keep you safe and healthy, we aren't providing breakfast foods from our kitchen at this time. There's a great little grocery one block north for all your shopping needs! The entire house is yours to use with parking for one vehicle, but accommodations can be made for larger trailers etc. We live right next door in the brick house, and we'd love to meet you when you're out an about! If you'd rather keep to yourself, we'll respect that, too. Our town is a friendly community. Don't be surprised if you get caught up in a conversation at the hardware store or with one of the neighbors during your evening stroll for some ice cream. You can walk from the Little House to restaurants, the grocery store, post office, hardware, etc. It is only a 30 min drive to Wichita and about 10 min to Hutchinson.
