Thank you for your understanding ** ** This is a 100% NO SMOKING BUILDING, this includes the balcony, apartment and communal areas. ** The apartment has lots of natural light due to the large floor-to-ceiling windows and is furnished to a very high level, with a fully equipped kitchen including fridge/freezer, oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, washing machine and sufficient cooking/serving equipment for your day-to-day catering. You will be provided on arrival with a welcome pack on arrival of basics such as bread/butter, milk, cereal, eggs, beans and tea/coffee. We also provide essentials such as washing up liquid, kitchen rolls, cooking oil, salt and pepper. The living area and dining area is open plan with a comfy three-seater sofa and two easy chairs, and access to the balcony which overlooks the waterfront. The large flat screen Smart TV has free to air terrestrial channels provided and also the facility for you to view your own streaming content. There is also a large dining table and four chairs. The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside units with lamps, large built-in mirrored wardrobe, additional drawer unit, and an ensuite shower room with toilet and basin. The second bedroom can be configured either as a king-size double or two twin beds on request, and has a large drawer unit as well as bedside tables with lamps. The main family bathroom which has a shower over the bath is off the main internal hallway. Welcome toiletries (shampoo/shower gel) are provided. The building has secure entry via key fob and an internal lift to all floors. The apartment comes with one allocated parking space in the covered secure car park. Access from the car park into the building is also via secure entry key fob. The building has manned 24/7 onsite caretaker during normal office hours and CCTV in public areas. Please note there is no requirement for a carbon monoxide detector as there is no gas supply to this apartment. This building is 100% no-smoking which includes the balconies. Any breach of this policy may result in a fine and/or cancellation of your stay.
