1 Bedroom apartment in a country house near Alcoy

The accommodation is on the ground floor of a countryside house. It´s a bedroom, living/dining room, kitchen and WC shower room. All living facilities are private but the garden, swimming pool, BBQ paella house and two hectares terraces of olives and almond trees are shared with the host who lives on the house above floor and very often is available to help you. We are nearby half way between Alicante and Valencia and very close to Cocentaina and Muro. The space Beniqueen accommodates a maximum of two people who wish to disconnect from urban areas. It is ideal for adults who appreciate a quiet and pleasant environment, with beautiful views of the surroundings. Naturalists are welcome. A perfect place for anyone who needs to focus on their work or vacation. The accommodation is not suitable for children. Guest access The garden, pool, barbecue and two hectares of olive and almond trees provide beautiful views of the eastern, northern and southern mountains. During your stay The host live in the house above floor and very often is available to help you. Other things to note * There are no steps to reach the entrance but a curb at the entrance door to the floor. * Smoking indoors is not permitted. Please note we are in an area of a fire risk. If you smoke, be very careful with cigarette butts. * We appreciate the tranquillity of rural environment. Party and other guests are not permitted. Please try not to make noises and avoid bashing the doors. * Note that all water is recycled for plants so please minimize the use of detergents-soaps whenever possible. * Pets are not allowed. My dog is not used to interact with other animals. Please do not feed the dog but feel free to give all organic trash to the ducks and chickens. * During the day, open the windows to refresh the flat. Please avoid leaving wet towels indoors and leave it outside or inside the barbecue house if is a raining day. It will avoid humidity indoors which will keep you healthy. * Please turn off the lights and close windows and doors when leaving.
