It highlights over 10 nearby beach access points, along with local restaurants, boutiques, and must-visit attractions, ensuring your 30A experience is nothing short of exceptional. Check out The Big Chill (formerly The Hub), located directly across the street from our community. It’s one of 30A’s top family hotspots, featuring shopping, great restaurants, outdoor movie nights, seasonal live entertainment, an arcade for kids, and more! We will respond back to you immediately. We do require that our guests openly communicate with us as we do our best to provide top notch host-guest communications. ADDITIONAL RENTAL NOTES The Main renter must be at least 25 years of age, must be staying at the home for the entire duration of the reservation, and must be willing to provide the Owners with a copy of their United States valid driver’s license, up-to-date full-coverage United States auto insurance card, and email address within 48 hours of booking acceptance. The primary renter will also be required to sign the Legal Rental Agreement and Liability Waivers. Any additional guests who wish to drive the LSV (low-speed vehicle) must also be at least 25 years of age—no exceptions—and must provide a copy of their United States valid driver’s license, up-to-date full-coverage United States auto insurance card, and email address within 48 hours of booking acceptance and will be required to sign the Legal Liability Waivers. No animals are permitted in the home in order to prevent damage and protect guests with severe allergies. Thank you for your understanding. Guest access Guests have full access of our unit with the exception of Housekeeper & Owner locked closets. Other things to note No animals permitted, to avoid damage and severe allergy issues. Thank you for your understanding. No parties are permitted at Coastal Palms. This includes bachelorette, bachelor parties or gatherings. Coastal Palms is a family oriented property. Additional guests not included on the original reservation are prohibited unless approved by the Owners at least one week prior to arrival. Maximum occupancy for Coastal Palms is strictly limited to 6 persons, including infants and children. NOTE: A maximum of 6 people can be on the LSV at any given time. Children 4 and under MUST ride in their car seat while on the LSV. They cannot be held in a lap or squeezed in between people. This is a FL State Law. Children ages 5-18 MUST use the seat belts provided on the LSV. They cannot ride in a lap or squeezed in between people. This is a FL State Law. Prominence Security does enforce FL State Laws. For stays of 14 days or longer, a mid-stay or extra cleaning at the end will be required. Guests are responsible for the fee associated with this cleaning. The cost is typically equivalent to an additional full cleaning ($225 or more), and may vary depending on the condition in which the home is left.
