Any additional guests who wish to drive the LSV (low-speed vehicle) must also be at least 25 years of age—no exceptions—and must provide a copy of their United States valid driver’s license, up-to-date full-coverage United States auto insurance card, and email address within 48 hours of booking acceptance and will be required to sign the Legal Liability Waivers. Additional guests not included on the original reservation are prohibited unless approved by the Owners at least one week prior to arrival. Maximum occupancy for Coastal Palms is strictly limited to 6 persons, including infants and children. NOTE: A maximum of 6 people can be on the LSV at any given time. Children 4 and under MUST ride in their car seat while on the LSV. They cannot be held in a lap or squeezed in between people. This is a FL State Law. Children ages 5-18 MUST use the seat belts provided on the LSV. They cannot ride in a lap or squeezed in between people. This is a FL State Law. Prominence Security does enforce FL State Laws. For stays of 14 days or longer, a mid-stay or extra cleaning at the end will be required. Guests are responsible for the fee associated with this cleaning.
