In 2024, a new bathroom, an extra toilet, and an outdoor shower with hot/cold water were established The house is pulled forward on the plot, thereby creating a closed garden with several sheltered corners. The house has a large back entrance with a washing machine and a cabinet freezer. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher. NEW BATHROOM AND TOILET - newly built with underfloor heating May 2024 Outdoor shower - with both hot and cold water - also built in May 2024 The house is pulled forward on the plot, thereby creating a completely enclosed garden with several sheltered nooks. On the south side of the house there is a newly laid and covered wooden terrace with heat lamps that extend a cool summer evening - of course with lots of garden furniture and a great big sofa. Flour, sugar, spices, toilet paper, candles, freezer bags, tin foil, coffee, tea, detergent, dishwasher tabs, etc. are available in the house and are free to use according to the principle; "If you take the last one, you buy something new". There is NO TV in the house - but a projector is for free use and shows large-format movies, sports and news on the white walls. There are adapters for both PC and Apple products in the house. What's more; Trip-Trap high chair with hanger, weekend bed, iron and ironing board, various board games, lots of pillows and blankets for the beach or garden.
