🏡 "Senderblick" – Quiet apartment with a view. Cozy 60 m² apartment with covered terrace, separate entrance. Ideal for relaxing. For couples, nature lovers, working in the home office or as a stopover – with privacy, comfort and a relaxed atmosphere. The space 🛏️ The accommodation is a non-smoking apartment – ideal for short and long stays. The combined living and sleeping area is pleasantly furnished and offers a comfortable double bed (180 × 200 cm), a sofa, and a smart TV. Thanks to roller blinds, the apartment can be completely darkened – perfect for a restful night's sleep. The fully equipped kitchen has a stove and oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. Free basics such as coffee, tea, sugar, salt, and spices are provided for you. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, hairdryer, and fresh towels. Free Wi-Fi is of course available. Parking spaces can be found directly in front of the house on the street. There is no washing machine in the apartment. A laundry service can be booked if required and is particularly popular with long-term guests. A real highlight is the covered terrace with a view of our garden. It is exclusively available to our guests. Here too, the following applies: non-smoking area. 📍 Location The accommodation is conveniently located yet very quiet. There is a bus stop in the immediate vicinity. The train station can be reached in about 7 minutes by bus line 103 or in about 20 minutes on foot. From there, trains run regularly (every 30–60 minutes) to Stuttgart and Karlsruhe. The Pforzheim-Ost (A8) motorway exit can be reached in about 10 minutes. Guest access Upon your arrival, I will usually greet you personally, show you everything and answer any questions you may have. If this is not possible, you can conveniently check in via key box – we will get to know each other later. Other things to note Many attractions in the region. In the area there are various castles, palaces, the Tripsdril Adventure Park, swimming lakes and much more. The medieval monastery complex Maulbronn e.g. (UNESCO World Heritage Site) is in approx. 15 minutes. I am also happy to help with any questions. We are located on the Enztal cycle path. Here you can discover beautiful places and idyllic spots. Or simply take a relaxing walk along the banks of the Enz. There is no boredom in our area.
