Our lovingly furnished 3-room apartment can accommodate up to 7 guests – perfect for families or friends. The bright living area invites you to relax with a cozy couch, a spacious dining area and smart TV with access to streaming services. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and motivates you to cook and enjoy together. In the two bedrooms, comfortable double beds ensure quiet nights. A baby cot is available in the main room on request, while the smaller bedroom enchants with its magical view of Carlsfeld. Fresh linens and fluffy towels are of course included. The bathroom offers a combination of bathtub and shower for both quick refreshments and relaxing bubble baths. Our house presents itself in winter in a romantic snow dress and in summer surrounded by green landscapes – perfect for exploring on foot or on skis. The child-friendly adventure worlds and relaxing bathing gardens of Eibenstock are just a stone's throw away. Please note: The apartment is on the first floor and can only be reached via steps – step-free access is not possible. We observe the heating season from October to April, and we ask you to bring consumables such as toilet paper, as these are only provided as a basic supply. During your stay, free Wi-Fi and a washer-dryer are available so you can fully concentrate on experiencing and relaxing. Guest access Access to the apartment is via a shared staircase, as the apartment is located on the first floor. There is no elevator option, so unfortunately there is no step-free access. Guests should therefore be able to climb stairs. Upon arrival, you will be given the keys that will give you free and independent access during your stay. Other things to note Our cozy apartment is ideal for winter sports enthusiasts – the Carlsfeld ski slope is just two minutes away. So you can get from the front door to the slopes in no time. And if you get hungry after a day of activities, the popular Talsperre Inn is just a five-minute walk away, where you can enjoy delicious local specialties. For your pets, we offer an animal-friendly environment so that your four-legged friends also feel comfortable with us. Please make sure they respect the facility and do not cause any damage. Parking is available right in front of the house, and we offer an included final cleaning to guarantee you a carefree stay. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, including bed linens and towels. Kitchen utensils are available, but we ask that you bring your own consumables such as toilet paper. Whether you want to enjoy the winter landscape or explore the Erzgebirge nature in summer – our apartment is the ideal base. We will be available in person in the afternoon and by phone at any time to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
