Villa Satulinna Gorgeous villa 230 m² placed in picturesque Kymi riverside with private riverbank. The space In the luxury warm Jacuzzi you can enjoy enjoy wonderful view of water stream in the river. At the river bank you can find sauna with wood-burning stove, barbecue hut and granite circle for an open fire. You can enjoy sun bathing or fishing at the private pier as a member of royal family – Kymi river has been known as a favourite place for fishing for years, even Russian tsar Alexander III went for fishing to his own residence built on Kymi riverbank. The villa is located very conveniently – about one hour drive to Helsinki (110 km along the motorway ) and only 63 km to Russian border. Guest access The house has 3 block of flats. 2 bedrooms and small toilet on upstairs. 1 bedroom has 180 cm king size single bed and opened sofa 120 cm for bed for instance for 2 children. 2 bedroom has 160 cm single king size bed. Kitchen , shower room , electric sauna room and toilet are on the first floor. Working room situates also on 1st floor and there is 90 cm bed and extra baby bed is available. This house is suitable for 6 persons, but 8 people is possible. In the down stairs has washine machine and dryer for clothes. There are many cabinets in each rooms for storing temporalily. I also live there sometimes and have my own clothes and goods . You can easily find them, but don´t worry about them. Other things to note My house is old, idyllic and built on year 1947 and it is renovated many times during recent years . Everything works there as normal although it looks old fashion style. Of course , the house has seen many winter and summer, but basic things are under control there : heating, cooling, cold/warm water and electricity. Also fireplace if you are needed. House has warm spirit and unique feeling. The garden is taken care of good skill and beautiful atmosphere SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS Ensuring the safety of children • It is your responsibility to ensure the safety of both children and adults in the hot tub. • Children should only use the pool under adult supervision. To reduce the risk of accidents, children should never use the hot tub other than under constant supervision. • Close and lock the lid after each use to ensure the safety of children. NOTE! Do not allow children to climb on the deck. • Warn children about the risk of slipping on wet floors and ask them to be especially careful when entering and leaving the pool. • Do not allow children to handle electrical appliances, extension cords, lamps, etc. 5 meters closer to the pool. • Do not make any adjustments to the whirlpool. Close the whirlpool lid with the included straps to ensure the safety of children. PREVENT INJURY • Do not use glass or other fragile material in or near the pool. • Use plastic cups to avoid possible personal and pool damage (found in the closet) • Do not remove any parts from the whirlpool, especially the suction connectors. Do not use the pool if the suction connectors are broken or missing. The water temperature in the whirlpool must not exceed 37 ° C. The safe water temperature for healthy adults is max. 37 ° C in summer and 38 ° C in winter. A lower water temperature is recommended for children, as well as when using the pool for more than 10 minutes. • If you are pregnant, consult your doctor before using the hot tub. Temperatures above 37 ° C may be harmful to the fetus at certain stages of pregnancy. • Drinking alcohol, drugs or medication before or during use of the hot tub can lead to unconsciousness and the risk of drowning. • People with obesity, previous heart disease, low or high blood pressure, circulatory problems or diabetes should contact their doctor before using the hot tub. • Do not use the hot tub immediately after strenuous physical exertion. • People with wounds or infectious diseases should avoid bathing in the hot tub. Warm water promotes the growth of bacteria if the pool is not well disinfected enough and the chemical balance of the water is not maintained properly. • Bathing in the hot tub only for a reasonable amount of time. Prolonged exposure to high temperatures can lead to elevated body temperature (hyperthermia), which in turn can cause dizziness, nausea, drowsiness, or fainting and an inability to leave the pool. These effects can lead to possible drowning. • Always be attentive when entering and leaving the pool. • It is very important to maintain the correct water values. • Never use the jacuzzi alone! • When the whirlpool is not in use, the lid should be put on. • Do not jump or dive in the hot tub! • Do not take out water, do not add more water. • Do not swim, jump, or throw water away in the hot tub. • Do not sit or stand on the cover. • Follow the instructions for the maximum number of people in the hot tub (Max. 6 people). If the maximum weight limit of the hot tub is exceeded, damage to the hot tub structures may result. The chemical balance of water can also change as a result. MANUAL • Take a shower without using soap before using the pool. If you use a stick, rinse them in well-running water so that there is no detergent left. Otherwise, soap may become foam and the water quality will deteriorate. • Rinse your feet in a nearby laundry room before going to the pool. • Press the JETS button to turn the pool massage pumps on and off. The pumps start / stop in the following order. 1. Press: Slow speed of two-speed pump 2. Press: Fast speed of the two-speed pump 3. Press: Both pumps on (two-speed pump with fast operating speed) 4. Press: Both pumps off • Press the LIGHTS button to turn on the lighting. • Press the LIGHTS button to turn off the lighting. It is important that there is clean water in the pool. • Water disinfection is the responsibility of the pool user. This is done with regular (daily) use of an approved disinfectant. The disinfectant chemically kills the pool when it is filled or bacteria and viruses that escaped during use. Bacteria and viruses can multiply rapidly in disinfected, warm water. ADDITION OF CHEMICALS TO WATER IMPORTANT: All chemicals added to the pool water should always be added through the pool filter pump(s) on. The pump should be switched on for about 10 minutes after After. Addition of water treatment agents: 1. Remove the basin cover. 2. Press the JETS button twice to activate the massage pump at full speed. 3. Carefully measure the correct amount (2 tablespoons) of the substance and pour it into the filter compartment.
