The ground floor is divided as follows. It welcomes you with a bright entrance area with a wardrobe. Adjacent is a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. There is also a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Opposite is a comfortable living and dining room with a dining table, a cozy seating area with a flat-screen TV, and a fireplace. Next door is one of four bright bedrooms with a double bed. This is followed by a separate fully equipped kitchen. From here you can reach the large terrace with seating area, beach chair and a grill. Our Nordic barrel sauna and a hot tub await you in the adjacent, communal garden area! On the first floor you will find a small cozy seating area. There are three more bedrooms with double beds. One of them provides access to a small furnished balcony. Adjacent to this are two additional bathrooms with shower. In our house, we attach great importance to comfort and a cozy ambience. The cottage is in an excellent holiday location just 100 m from the beach promenade and the kilometer-long Baltic beach Laboes. The fine sandy beach with shallow water zones offers children an ideal bathing paradise. The splendid view of the Kiel Fjord will delight you on your vacation. The nearby yacht and fishing port of Laboe serves as a starting point for the ferry steamers to Kiel and for deep-sea fishing trips. An in-house parking lot is also provided. We rent all year round!
