Pets welcome. The space Welcome guests. For your vacation in Laboe, we have extensively rebuilt and renovated our vacation home. The newly designed 140 m² living space extends over 2 levels. The ground floor is divided as follows. It welcomes you with a bright entrance area with a wardrobe. Adjacent is a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. There is also a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Opposite is a comfortable living and dining room with a dining table, a cozy seating area with a flat-screen TV, and a fireplace. Next door is one of four bright bedrooms with a double bed. This is followed by a separate fully equipped kitchen. From here you can reach the large terrace with seating area, beach chair and a grill. Our Nordic barrel sauna and a hot tub await you in the adjacent, communal garden area! On the first floor you will find a small cozy seating area. There are three more bedrooms with double beds. One of them provides access to a small furnished balcony. Adjacent to this are two additional bathrooms with shower. In our house, we attach great importance to comfort and a cozy ambience. The cottage is in an excellent holiday location just 100 m from the beach promenade and the kilometer-long Baltic beach Laboes. The fine sandy beach with shallow water zones offers children an ideal bathing paradise. The splendid view of the Kiel Fjord will delight you on your vacation. The nearby yacht and fishing port of Laboe serves as a starting point for the ferry steamers to Kiel and for deep-sea fishing trips. An in-house parking lot is also provided. We rent all year round! From May to September, many families with small children are guests in Laboe. But older guests also like to come at this time of year. Here you will find a cozy seating area, a beach chair and a barbecue for social hours outdoors. In the communal garden area, a Nordic barrel sauna and a hot tub await you whenever you feel like it. The upper floor welcomes you with a small, inviting reading nook. Three more bright bedrooms with double beds offer enough space for you and your fellow travelers. A special highlight is access to a small furnished balcony that gives you an extra retreat. The upper floor is complemented by two modern bathrooms with shower – perfect for families or groups who want privacy even on vacation. The location of the house is simply ideal: just a few steps from the fine sandy beach and the promenade, you are in the middle of the maritime life of Laboe. Restaurants, cafes and shops are within easy walking distance, and the harbor with its yachts and fishing boats is also just a short walk away.
