Nestled in the quaint and historic Mexican War Streets neighborhood of Pittsburgh's Northside, 527 Alpine Avenue is a second floor apartment that offers guests a newly renovated, modern space exuding comfort, amenities, and design. The space Guests enjoy the entire second floor apartment, inclusive of a large bedroom; living room with comfortable queen sofa bed; modern kitchen and bath; entry foyer; and semi-private, keyed laundry room across from the apartment building. The space is ideal for two but can sleep up to four people (only one sleeping area is a private bedroom). Completely remodeled in Summer 2019, the apartment was designed for a wonderfully comfortable and enjoyable guest experience. Two Smart TVs (streaming services / no basic cable), apartment-dedicated high speed WiFi, comfortable furnishings and bedding, and all of the modern conveniences needed to make our home feel more like your own. We are excited to host you! Guest access Staying for a few extra days or need to freshen up your suitcase wardrobe for tomorrow’s business meeting or a night in the city? Guests also have access to a semi-private, keyed laundry room across from the apartment building. Other things to note One night reservations are accepted on a case by case basis to allow for proper Covid-19 cleaning timelines. Inquire about single night availability to learn if we can accommodate your overnight reservation. Need a flexible and convenient check-in process? No problem! The keypad entry with personalized code for your stay make check in and home access easy, safe, and efficient! Central AC and Furnace Heat are set at appropriate levels each day and can be adjusted by messaging the on-call concierge. The Airbnb apartment and lower level office are run off of one SMART thermostat and unfortunately it’s located in the office area. Apartment temperatures are typically set between 69-72 degrees all season long. Easily adjusted by messaging us and we can quickly adjust it remotely. Ceiling fans are also found within the apartment. Recommended and preferred check-in hours are 3:00pm-10:00 PM local time. Check-out time is 11 AM. NOTE: This property has a strict No Smoking/Vaping/Drugs - No Pet - No Parties Policy. Anyone caught smoking or vaping inside of the home or housing pets will be removed from the property immediately without a refund. Anyone who leaves the smell of cigarettes, drugs or pets inside of the home will risk a fine of $500 and a negative Airbnb review.
