Brooklyn Brownstone Serenity

This apartment is located on the top floor of our brownstone. It is approximately 850SF w/ a large bedroom that has an office alcove. There is good sized living room, bathroom furnished with toiletries and an open kitchen, outfitted with coffee maker and all the essentials. The W/D closet is located in the hallway. Original details throughout. Our home is approx 11 blocks to A/C train @ Utica & J train @ Gates (30min to Manhattan). Up and coming neighborhood w/ great local eateries and bars. The space This is a two unit brownstone: your unit is upstairs and our unit below. Each unit has its own entrance; however, there is a connecting door between the units which we use when we need to clean the apartment. The apartment has an over-sized bedroom and office space which makes it comfortable for staying for a longer period. It feels like a home. Guest access Guests will enter on the parlor floor level (up the stoop) through the main doors/foyer. Owners enter the house under the stoop through a separate entrance. Though there is a door connecting our units, we do not use the parlor floor entrance while guests are staying in our home. Other things to note Our house is a three story, two family brownstone. We reside on the lower duplex (garden and parlor floors).
