In the Heart of New River Gorge National Park

National Park open! Stay off one of the only access roads to the river. Enjoy the first floor of my house with a private entrance. A bird watcher's paradise Kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom. It is in a residential area with plenty of trees and wildlife. Fastest WiFi available in the area!The house lies within 10 minutes of all the major attractions. Text me if you have a question after reading everything. This is the first floor of the house and I live upstairs. The floor has a bedroom with a full and queen beds and a TV. There is a living room with TV, new couch and a futon that folds out. There is a bathroom and a full kitchen. You also have access to a small yard. The WIFI is fast and TV has cable and a ROKU for streaming services. Check in time varies. Monday through Friday it will be ready around 5:30pm. Saturday, Sunday, and holidays it will be ready by 3pm. To keep the cleaning fee low I have to clean it. You need to let me know your arrival time. If you don't specify I'll assume you are coming after 530pm. You will hear me upstairs just a little bit. The suite is adjacent to a utility room which houses all the utilities for both apartments. This has a door to it and is not part of the rental. The house is built into the hillside so half the space is in the hillside. The other half is ground level with plenty of windows. Guest access The driveway is small. You are not required to park there. Some guests with large vehicles park on the road or they block the driveway. The best spot is to back in and have front of car close to the road. You will have to walk down the driveway to access the entrance. This is the first floor of the house and a separate space that is not connected to the upstairs and you have separate utilities. I leave the key for you. Access to the utility room only in emergencies. Not part of the living space. House is built into a hillside. Other things to note No pets please and this includes emotional support animals. No visitors allowed without my approve No parties or overnight guests that are not part of your group. Not suitable for groups over 4. If you want to arrive before 5:30 PM you must let me know ahead of time. Please follow all house rules and check out instructions provided in the space. Please use fan above oven when cooking. You are not allowed to leave the window AC units running while you are gone. Do not leave the heat on while you are not there. People under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
