Flat on the beach of Kardamyla Chios

In a small typical village of the Chios island, the house is on the beach with a wonderful view. A peaceful place to rest and enjoy greek way of life. The village of Kardamyla is ideally situated in the north of the island close to the famous Nagos Beach, there is festivals during the summer in the village, a theatre with concerts and "karangiosi", and in the nebearing villages, In Chios there is a famous orthodox monastery, nice villages in the south Pirgi, Mesta, and lots of sea spots. The space The house is split in two flats, in the ground floor you have a flat with 2 bedroom sea side, a kitchen street side, a dining room and bathroom and WC in the centre. The ground floor flat is clearly set as a flat on the beach with easy access to the sea side. On the first floor, you have a dining room with a kitchen giving on the sea side with a balcony, the bedrooms are street side, there is also a bathroom with WC. Guest access The house is fully available for the guest, according to their booking ground floor only, first floor only or the whole house. Other things to note Kardamyla (Marmaro) is unique, you have a charming village with nice habitants, in summer time there is only local tourism, greeks around the world (US, UK, France,...) that I coming back to their original village for celebrating together and enjoying the place. There is sailing school taken kids from 8 speaking English or Greek. IN Chios there is services of buses allowing to make several tours, there is also boat tours and visit organised to Ephesos in Turkey. A direct link by boat to Samos and Lesbos.
