The space The studio(bungalow ) has a queen size bed and , all its basic nescessities for a Pleasant stay. You can have breakfast in the court yard with an occasional church bell serenade on Sundays and or , the Black Phoebe as it beckons its mates to Join in the feast etc. etc. Redondo, Hermosa ,and Manhattan beach are no more than 14 miles away..can be reached on a panoramic coastal drive if you like to explore, or a direct drive on Pacific Coast highway.(P C H.) Washer and drier will be shared with occupants in the main house... if doing Laundry more then once a week , please use Public Laundry facilites. Everything in the bungalow is for your use, you will only need to bring your clothing and electronics. I do not favor microwaves, so I hope you are comfortable heating or cooking your meals in the conventional Stove/oven... there is an additional mini fridge in the Garage that is available for use if needed. If vegetating in front of a big screen, is your idea of a time to relax, than this is not the place for you; there is no TV !!! There is a local bus that picks up half a block from the house to get around town, it runs every 30 minutes, the fare is .50 If you walk 2 blocks west from the house to the Main Street (western), you can take the 232 bus Hollywood bound. This area of San. Pedro , gets quite warm, I recommend that you keep the door open during the day ,so that you do not run the AC 24 hrs ; unless of course it is unbearably warm .
