We require from all guests to send us their names. Failing to do so in time will be full responsibility of guest in case con complications of check in. Even though the freezer has it in the door it acnnot be used nor installed in the units of the complex. Guests shall by their own ater and ice. We are not a hotel nor related to any hotel. Inside Condo our guests will find clean beach towels, clean bed and bath linens as well as bath gel/shampoo. We strive in hosting a great experience and remind our guests we are private owned condos and not part of a hotel. Cleaning fee is for check out cleaning. We do not offer complimentary cleaning during stays. Our condos have washer/dryer for guests to use. Wi Fi is included in this rental, available for free offered by condominium upon check in. We are not responsible for Wi Fii or cable TV mal functions and no refund if shortage at anytime during guest stay. We assist our guests with reliable taxi driver contact for ground transportation services. We will do our best to always respond quickly and to assist so our guests have a great vacation experience at this cozy, centric and contemporary boutique beach resort.
