The home comprises of a spacious and relaxing lounge with original cornicing, fireplace and flat screen TV. The kitchen is large and well equipped with a 6 burner, 2 oven cooker with plenty of room for prepping or just relaxing with a coffee around the table. The dining room can comfortably seat up to 8 people and is perfect for setting up a work station or two if needed. All 3 bedrooms are on the first floor with their own en-suite bathroom and each hold a comfortable double bed with professionally laundered crisp white linens. Our rear courtyard is set up with a table and chairs for you to relax in. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home and courtyard area. Other things to note There is space for two cars at the side door entrance of the house, this on street parking in a quiet residential area with no parking restrictions or charges.
