This will allow you to go to the nose of Jobourg, the bay of Ecalgrain or the small root port. The house is perfect for a couple or a small family. See you soon! The space Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, small freezer, microwave, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker and senseo. Washer is available. We can provide you with sheets. Towels are optional for a fee. Cleaning is not included (cleaning fee of €50 if you do not wish to do it). No pets allowed. non-smoking area = STRICT ON THIS POINT The house is spacious at 70 m² (750 sq. ft.), well-equipped, and has a sunny veranda where you can have breakfast. There is a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, it is attached to a bathroom with walk-in shower. In the living room, a 160 x 200 modular trundle bed can be used as a second bed, and we can add a single folding bed if necessary. It is a house that combines rustic and modernity, we do not seek to perform a hotel service and want to keep the basic airbnb concept: we offer a healthy house with its small flaws but where you will feel at home there. (I hope). Guest access The entire ground floor is accessible. The floor is closed because the attic is not converted. Other things to note The house is located very close to farms, so you have to accept the presence, noise, and smell of both small and large animals. There are more than drawbacks: there are fresh eggs available for direct sale and a goat farm at the end of the village offering good cheeses. We live in front of the cottage, in the same courtyard. We are located a 5-minute drive from Goury, Port Racine, Baie d’Ecalgrain, and Nez de Jobourg. Le Cotentin has many trails for hiking. In order not to overload your car and shop urgently, basic products and consumables are present for troubleshooting: toilet paper, garbage bag, paper towels, coffee filter, sponge, dishwashing liquid, LV lozenges, condiments, etc. We don't provide during your stay.
