The space The apartment (97 sqm) is on the 2nd floor and has 3 bedrooms, 2 shower baths, 1 dining kitchen and a balcony over the entire width of the house with sea view. In the 3 bedrooms 6-7 people can sleep. All windows have mosquito nets. There are 2 parking places in the garage. There is a mini market about 250 meters from the house, a larger super market is in Dugi Rat. The beach is about 400 m away. At the beach of Mali Rat / Dugi Rat there are kid water-slides and possibilities for jet ski, pedal boat and boat rental.
