Beautiful new house, very close to Davis, freeway,market,eateries. We have a very quiet. Backyard with pool and a hot tub (for our guests). Hot tub is normally not heated. If you would like we can run and heat the hottub for you for an extra fee of 40$ for 2 hours which will give you 1 hour in winter and 1.5 hours in summer time of use. Just ask. Semi shared bath but private sink, walk in closet.Suitable for working or traveling adults. No visitors are allowed in the house excep of our guests. The space Light comfortable room. Has private sink and shared bath. Guests may hear piano sound between hours 3-7pm during weekdays During your stay Guests can always text me. Other things to note We live in a very safe neighborhood and as a precaution we also have security cameras watching and recording the front door entrance from inside as well as outside around the house for additional safety. As a note we do not have any other cameras anywhere else in the house for privacy other than outside and the entrance. Absolutely no other visitor are allowed than our guests.
