This beautiful beach front villa is located in the pretty coastal resort of Medici along the Split Riviera. With its retro style interior opening out onto a sea front garden and terraces, the villa suits a family or friends up to 5 people. Guests enter into a hallway followed by the mezzanine ground floor. The upper part features the open plan kitchen with breakfast bar, a separate guest toilet and a door to the garage. On the 1st floor are two bedrooms with balconies and spaceaous bathroom. The space 'Villa Matejo' - named by MAike, TEa and JOnas - was built by our grandfather Maik in 1980 with help of all family members and neighbors in Medici. Because he was an architect the house has its own spirit and appearance. We all love this house, this place with its awesome environment. And all of us spent a very special childhood there.
