Guest suite in Montgomery

Sanitized per Airbnb's Enhanced Cleaning Protocol! Fully updated private guest suite in our historic home located 3 blocks from National Memorial and 4 blocks from Downtown. Minutes from I-65, less than 2 miles from Maxwell AFB, less than 1 mile from the Montgomery Biscuits' Stadium, and in the heart of all that Montgomery has to offer! We would be elated to share our love for Montgomery with you during your stay! The space Our home was built sometime between 1890 and 1903 (records have been difficult to track down), and was turned into a duplex during the early 1940s. We have spent the past two years updating and restoring its original charm. The space features: -large living room with original hardwood floors and fireplace +kitchenette (microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and kettle) +television +Queen sofa bed +and luxurious furnishings. -A generous bedroom with a queen bed +small seating area +lots of natural light +private bathroom (note: the bathroom is located off of the bedroom, access from living room is through bedroom). Since this is our home as well, you may hear us cooking dinner or closing doors, however the suite remains very quiet. We also have two dogs named Riley and Lilly, who may greet you with a hello bark when you first arrive, but they are kept in another part of the house and will not have any interaction with you. Guest access Guests have the entire private guest suite within our home. We occasionally access the foyer to replenish snacks or water, however we utilize a separate entrance when entering and exiting the home. You have access to a completely private living room, bedroom and bathroom. Feel free to use the front porch for morning coffee or a nightcap. The space has a TV with Hulu, Netflix, Disney +, and Prime Video, however it does not have cable television.
