Rural retreat close to Winchester

The quiet village of Ampfield is not far from the New Forest, and only 8 miles from the historic city of Winchester. Southampton and Portsmouth are easily accessible. Beaches of Bournemouth are a 45 minute drive. The property is situated on a quiet country lane, with a number of country walks from our doorstep. No street lighting or nearby bus service. Your own transport is therefore advised. The space The annexe is a recently decorated, self-contained studio apartment, on the first floor of a 2 storey extension. Guests have their own entrance via the ground floor, where there is a locked dividing door to the main house. Facilities include a kitchen, living/bedroom area and a separate bathroom. The fully-equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Sliding doors to the balcony offer beautiful rural views. TV with Freeview and local guide books are available for guest use. Guest access The annexe is up one flight of stairs, regrettably with no disabled access. Off-road parking outside the property .
