The quiet village of Ampfield is not far from the New Forest, and only 8 miles from the historic city of Winchester. The space The annexe is a newly decorated, self-contained studio apartment attached to the main house. Facilities include a kitchen, living/bedroom area and a separate bathroom. The fully-equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Sliding doors to the balcony offer beautiful rural views. TV with Freeview and built-in DVD/CD player. DVDs and local guide books are available for guest use. Guest access The annexe is up one flight of stairs, regrettably with no disabled access. Off-road parking provided.
