Close to many Synagogues and Jewish markets . Few blocks from the Ethiopian square. A mile away from LA fitness . 8 mills from the airport . Co-hosts are my sons , they don’t live in the house ! 1. Parking: There is 2 hours free parking on the street during the day No parking on the street at night after 6 pm without a permit. There is free parking all day on a very close street to the house. There is an option of Guest parking with a refundable deposit at check out on the street all day (please pay attention to the street cleaning sign On Monday and Tuesday. In some situation I can offer my parking space but it has to be coordinated with me in advanced . Parking should not prevent you from not booking my place , it can be solved . 2. AC/heater There are 2 units inside. Please use and turn on only one Ac/heater unit at the time . If both units are on at the same time The power can shut off . The bed in the bedroom is a large full size bed . 1 large full bed, 1 pull out trundle bed 1 yellow sleeping chair, a mattress can be added. A sofa . No smoking or fire of any kind, candles included. No parties or loud music No pets. Please make sure to lock the room and turn off the motion AC/heat when leaving. Early check in from 2 hours can be at additional of $25 Please talk to the host to arrange it. Late check out Additional up to 2 hours can be at additional of $25 , $10 extra for each hour after that . Please talk to the host . There is a ring camera at the entrance. An additional charge will apply for an extra non booked guest . Important Disclaimer: If a guest doesn’t notify the host for an extra guest(s) at the time of booking the room and show up with additional guest(s), a high rate charge will be added to the total bill for that entire reservation throughout Airbnb . The guest who booked the room must add the additional guest(s) immediately through Airbnb portal. I have the right not to accept additional guest if I am not comfortable with it from any reason. On high holidays I have the right to increase the extra charge rate for not additional non booked guest. The place is for 3 guests but could fit 4 guests Please contact host in regard , an additional nightly and rate and cleaning fee will apply. An extra KITCHEN option: If you like to cooks or for longer period of stay, There is an option for an extra full kitchen with a stove and an oven and a larger fridge, right next to the unit ,in a separate space. Please inform me if you would like to use the kitchen so that it can be arranged for you. It is not included in the daily price, and will be an additional charge.
