A mile away from LA fitness . 8 mills from the airport . 1.Parking: There is 2 hours free parking on the street during the day No parking on the street at night . There is free parking all day on a very close street to the house. There is an option of Guest parking with a refundable deposit at check out on the street all day (please pay attention to the street cleaning sign On Monday and Tuesday. In some situation I can offer my parking space but it has to be coordinated with me in advanced . Parking should not prevent you from not booking my place , it can be solved . 2. AC/heater There are 2 units inside. Please use and turn on only one Ac/heater unit at the time . If both units are on at the same time The power can shut off . The bed in the bedroom is a large full size bed . 1 large full bed, 1 pull out trundle bed 1 yellow sleeping chair, a mattress can be added No smoking or fire of any kind, candles included. No parties or loud music No pets. Please make sure to lock the room and turn off the motion AC/heat when leaving. Early check in from 2 hours can be at additional of $25 Please talk to the host to arrange it. Late check out can be at additional of $25 Please talk to the host . There is a ring camera at the entrance. An additional charge will apply for an extra non booked guest .
