On the Second floor you will find 2 king size bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom: the attic is spacious, light and airy and has two single a one double bed. The utility room is in the basement along with a shower room, toilet and two reception rooms Guest access The entire house is available for guests. Other things to note We are really close to town but tucked away in a quiet area. There is parking for two cars which is unusual for a house like this. The shops, bars and restaurants of Leamington are a ten minute walk away and the station a twenty minute walk. ( about a mile ). There is garden furniture, washing line, access to log-store. There is a large basement with two rooms for chilling out, or for storage. Every room is large and bright. The house is toasty and warm in the winter and cool and airy in the summertime.
