Beautiful fully furnished non smoking Cabin 5.7 acres wooded lot in Ashippun, 6mls/Erin hills, 2mls/deer track, 8mls lac labelle golf course wedding venue Great room: 1couch & 1chair,natural fireplace 2 full bathrooms,4 bedrooms & 3 floors:upstairs, grnd,basement; recrm, kitchenette, bdrm , 2 couches, pool table. Balcony Office/futon couch, pullout leather couch,1 bed Mastr closet,2 pullout single matrices in bsmnt, Swing set,sandbox, tree house, 2 fire pits, Back deck,grill, patio furniture The space The cabin itself is tucked away within 5.7 acres of woods that surround it, providing peaceful privacy. We have a separate mission building we occasionally sleep in at night while guests are staying in the separate cabin on the property. It has a very large front and back yard with multiple hammocks & soccer goals. As far as animals go our cabin is dog friendly! We have a 50 yard dog run, a dog house, as well as a kennel cage inside. Dogs must be pre-approved. We do charge a $50 fee per dog per night, so please let us know if you plan on bringing your dog. No parties allowed! 4 min from Erin hills, 2mies from deer track, 10 miles from lac labelle country club/wedding venue Guest access Guests may access 3/4th of the 5.7 acre wooded lot property (except for the mission building where we may stay at night on occasion) & attached garage & railroad tie patio ares behind the mission building area. There is a large backyard & front fire pit & log cabin fort & sandbox & picnic table area near the fire pit guest can enjoy & wooded lot for the adventurous. We have some bikes for those who may want to take a bike ride through out the countryside. Guests must otherwise stay on our property Other things to note No campers or RVs buses or trailers or tents allowed without prior approval. We do have a three room tent you can rent & will be set up for kids or guests near the fire pit. If this is something you desire please let us know in advance. We provide a full woodbox in the cabin stocked free of charge, additional quality fireplace wood is under the deck, wood is sold by the $10 a bundle and cash can be left behind on the table when you leave based upon your use. There is separate wood for use around the campfire fire-pit, a initial starter fire is provided free of charge, additional wood used around the fire pit is charged based upon use & guests should leave cash on the table when they leave. If you bring an approved dog they must remain leashed, our neighbors have chickens & horses that cannot be harmed unintentionally!
