Beautiful Scanish house from 1922, 3 km from Skurup, 15 min drive from Ystad and 35 min from Trelleborg & the ferries. The buzzing town of Malmö is 35 min by car and Copenhagen is 1hr off by train. Large L-shaped sitting room with fireplace adjoining dining room with access to terrace, double bedroom & bathroom, library, guest toilet, fully-equipped kitchen. Big TV room on top floor with 2 single beds & double bedroom. Golf courses, e.g. Abbekås, and the Baltic sea are closeby. Both the house and guest house can be rented together, perfect for a group of 8-11 guests. Guest access The house has a large well-kept front garden with moveable BBQ facilities (shared with Carriage House). There is also a back terrace with seating overlooking the fields. Other things to note High speed fibre optic internet was installed for unlimited internet use. Please be aware that the top floor is reached via a spiral staircase without a railing that may prove challenging for small children. They should be assisted up and down and be barefoot holding the middle pillar.
