Nice independent studio, classified, completely tastefully renovated, located in the basement of our house in which we live year-round. We will be delighted to make you enjoy the comfort of our carefully decorated studio! The accommodation is located about twenty minutes (by train or car) from the center of Strasbourg. Ideal starting point for all your visits to the region, whether in Northern Alsace, Germany or towards the Wine Route. The space You will have approximately 40 m² organized as follows: - 1 entrance, - bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet, - 1 living area/living room with a queen size bed, - 1 kitchen area with equipped kitchen including dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, induction cooktop. Parking place is available in front of the house. Completely independent entrance through the garage of our house (sloping garage descent). You will have access to our garden as well as our swimming pool (8 m x 4 m) on sunny days (between mid-May and mid-September depending on weather conditions). The pool is heated and is maintained at a temperature of about +/-25 degrees; it is to be shared with us (no other rental, so no other guests at the same time). Access to the garden and pool is via the garage, street side, through a gate. We'll provide you with garden furniture with an electric BBQ. Wi-Fi available for free Check-in time to be defined together (usually from 4pm). Non-smoking apartment, smoking is allowed outdoors. Ideal for couples with or without children; an inflatable mattress is provided for a 3rd bed for a child if you request it in advance, as well as a baby bed if you have a young child. For the comfort of our guests, we do not accept the 3-adult configuration, only the 2-adult + 1-child configuration will be accepted. Notes: - Bathroom and toilet separated by a "saloon type" door, so not completely isolated from the main room. - In addition, the accommodation is not necessarily suitable for very tall people (over 2 meters for example). -The windows do not open fully, but only in the "bellows" or "casement" position. - Finally, the toilet/sink and shower work with a macerator for drainage; its activation can cause a noise disturbance. Other things to note The location of the accommodation in the basement allows for a temperate and pleasant atmosphere all year round (natural air conditioning), even in very hot weather!
