Meet with family or friends in an old presbytery (1863) completely renovated in 2019. Located in the Marais du Cotentin and Bessin Natural Park, close to Ste Mère Eglise and the landing beaches (Utah Beach), our cottage is traditionally furnished with all the comforts of a fitted kitchen, a very large terrace and a 1500 m² plot. We will gladly host you in our green countryside where you can fully rest. The space With an area of 100 m², the former Presbytery of Sébeville is equipped with 3 bedrooms (2 double beds and 2 single beds), two bathrooms with toilet, a fitted kitchen, with dishwasher and washing machine, and opens onto a dining room. A living room with sofa, TV and free Wi-Fi will allow you to spend beautiful evenings in front of the fireplace (functional). Outside, a large terrace is furnished with garden furniture, deckchairs and a large barbecue. The land is 1500 m² (still under development) and is located close to hiking trails. An adjoining outbuilding will allow you to park bicycles and motorbikes. Private parking is very large (6 cars). No facing on the west terrace, the first house is about 100 m away. Guest access The entire house, with laundry room, garage and exteriors Other things to note Paid options: - Bed linen: €10 per bed - Towels: €8 per person - Cleaning fee of 70 euros - Upon arrival, a security deposit of 300 euros will be requested, which will be returned to you upon your departure if no damage or theft is found. Rental only from Saturday to Saturday during the summer (July–August).
