English charm in the middle of Kivik

Welcome to your very own house in Kivik on beautiful Österlen! Clean and spacious with your own little courtyard and access to a large and luscious garden that you share with the host. The bedrooms were renovated and the kitchen installed in 2020, the rest of the house was renovated in 2011. The balcony with sea view was rebuilt in time for the summer season 2024. The house is part of a property that is being developed into a traditional English country inn with a village pub - The Deer & Daisy! The space There are three bedrooms upstair. To the right when you come up the stairs is the largest bedroom. The walls are painted a lovely yellow with a beautiful wallpaper on one wall. The room has got a double bed. The two bedrooms to the left when you come up the stairs are adjacent and you get access to the inner bedroom through the outer one. The inner bedroom had a double bed and a generous balcony with a sea and garden view. The outer bedroom has got two single beds that can be used as sofas should there be just the four of you. There is no door between them but a curtain. All three bedrooms have a lovely soft carpet. The kitchen has a dishwasher, full size fridge/freezer and everything else you need to cook and serve food for up to six people. The lounge is spacious and tastefully decorated with sofas and a writing desk. The bathroom has underfloor heating, shower and a practical makeup mirror. Access to the house is through a veranda with sofa and easy chairs perfect for relaxing on a rainy day or serving a late breakfast. The veranda furniture is light weight and can easily be moved out into the courtyard on a fine day. There is currently no TV in the house but reliable free wifi.
