Anna's - Semi-detached house with large garden

"Anna's Siedlungshäusle" is a small, cozy house from the 1950s. The semi-detached house is completely renovated, equipped with a contemporary bathroom and new kitchen. Two bedrooms can accommodate 4 guests. 2 more guests can stay on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The numerous seats in the large garden with fruit trees, pond and flowers invite you to sit in the sun and shade. Free street parking is available at the house. The space The house is completely renovated inside and equipped with a contemporary kitchen and new bathroom. There are two bedrooms for 2 people each. In the large bedroom there is a large double bed (180 x 200) in the smaller bedroom two single beds (each 90 x 200). In the living/dining room there is a sofa bed (140 x 200), so that 2 people can stay here too. In the larger bedroom there is also a small workplace. The kitchen is newly furnished and equipped with everything needed for cooking and enjoying. A new bathroom with shower and toilet is located on the 2nd floor. A small toilet with hand basin is available on the first floor. In the basement there is another room with a bathtub. This bathroom was the only bathroom in the house until the renovation. The room is largely preserved in its original condition. Here you can enjoy a tub bath in the ambiance of the 50s. The house has a 600 square meter garden with seating, pond and fruit trees. A grill is also available. In the garden, there are always chickens and ducks on the move, which actually live in the neighboring garden, but the fence does not prevent them from visiting. From Herrenberg, Stuttgart and Tübingen are very well accessible by public transport. A bus stop is 200 meters from the house. Excursions to the Black Forest, Lake Constance and the Swabian Alps are available. But Herrenberg and the immediate surroundings also have so much to offer that a stay will not be boring.
