Only a few blocks from downtown bistros, Saturday Farmers Market, YMCA, Boise Co-op, shopping, theaters and more! Join our other international, independent and friendly guests! We primarily offer monthly or longer rentals, however occasionally have a one week opening so be sure and check! Whether you're here on an extended work project, a visit with family or going through a living transition...you will enjoy the inviting, homey and artsy atmosphere! The main house is a lovely 1901 Pink English Tudor and is surrounded by a lush grassy yard with sitting and dining areas, BBQs, big beautiful trees, fragrant flowers, squirrels and birds! WiFi, Apple TV Streaming with your subscription, coin operated community washer and dryer, central air, window A/C, fans, space heater, free street car parking and bicycle parking area! Read a book and BBQ in one of the little court yards sprinkled around the house...or walk to the Saturday Market 2 blocks away...bike 16 miles up to Bogus Basin (our local ski resort) or the 30+ mile Greenbelt that runs along the Boise River...or hike the zillion trails in the Boise foothills. In the evening walk to one of the many incredible downtown or neighborhood bistros, pubs, or coffee houses. Then on to the Flicks Theater for a glass of vino with friends and a foreign film! With the intention of providing a healthy environment for our guests, we are a strict NON SMOKING home and property. We are also avid recyclers. For your well being, we also use skin and environmentally safe soaps and laundry products. Come and be rejuvenated! :) Guest access Full access to common areas! We have community sitting areas around the house, fenced front yard, area to park bikes, and a patio area with seating for 6+ and a gas BBQ. Coin Operated Community Washer/Dryer in Garage.
