Welcome to Casa Claudia, a comfortable and elegant house, perfect for holidays and for smartworking. Located very close to the sea but in a quiet position, on a square with a green wood in front of. The apartment is large, with a queen mattress room (with the possibility to add a crib) and two bedrooms with bunkbeds. There's a big equipped kitchen and a living room with the TV. The external space has a table and a big umbrella. Wi-Fi: not included. We will recommend a nearby centre. The space We would like to think that whoever enters our house has, as soon as they walk in, the sensation of being at ease in a romantic and Mediterranean atmosphere. Cleanliness and tidiness are like one of the family here in order to make your holiday comfortable and relaxing. There are all the comforts you need to relax: air conditioning (for heating too), washing machine, iron, mosquito nets, linens and towels, cleaning service every week. FOR DIGITAL NOMADS: The house has large tables to work on, wi-fi on request. Enjoy the opportunity to work close to the sea, in the warm weather during wintertime. Pescoluse is not very populated during winter but there's a family living in the same block of flats and other families in the same road. During winter the supermarkets are open in the close village: Salve. The free-time has lots of opportunities: photowalkings, organised trekkings, many local traditions all the year round and other opportunities you can evaluate with Elisa before or during your stay. Guest access Our house (a 100 m² independent apartment) is only a few steps from the seaside and free from traffic, it will be your corner of quietness. Here you can really feel settled and enjoy the warmth of the welcome which distinguishes Salento. Other things to note We recommend travelling to Pescoluse by car (cars can be hired from Brindisi airport and Lecce and Brindisi railway stations) to enjoy complete freedom of movement. Most essential services are within walking distance, but you will need a car to reach the other nearby seaside resorts and the beautiful historic centres, which offer wonderful architectural sights even in the cooler months.
