Located in Gueutteville-les-Grès, in the heart of the Caux region, between the beaches of Saint-Valéry-en-Caux and Veules-les-Roses, 30 km from Dieppe and Fécamp and 45 km from Étretat, this former 17th century farmhouse, completely renovated and transformed into three cottages, can accommodate you for a peaceful stay. A Jacuzzi for 3–4 people is available to the three cottages in a separate room with garden views. The space The silex cottage is composed on the ground floor of a living room (table, chair, flat screen TV sofa, wifi) overlooking an equipped kitchen (oven, microwave oven, combined fridge-freezer, extractor hood, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker) Upstairs is the bedroom composed of two single beds that can be combined, the bathroom with shower, furniture and towel dryer radiator. The toilet is located on the ground floor The price is €150 on weekends, €250 midweek, €330 per week for all other durations, please contact me. Tourist tax €1.70 per day per adult Guest access A hot tub is located in a separate room and shared between the three cottages, access to the latter is included in the price and available from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
