The space Private location, secure parking behind electric gates, owner loves dogs and therefore your own well behaved dog is very welcome. The annex is fitted out superbly with oak flooring through out. Underfloor heating. Luxury high end kitchen with granite worktops. The local area is fantastic for walks and bike rides. We are just 5 miles from an area of outstanding natural beauty, the stunning Lincolnshire Wolds. Bedroom size 14 x 12 , livingroom 12 x12 Guest access The whole of the Annex, and pool . The annex has its own garden area facing onto the river. The pool room and luxury indoor pool is entirely private to our guests during your stay , i e , you will not be meeting other swimmers whilst you are using this beautiful pool. The pool may be used by , others , including the owners during your stay. As Annex guests you are allocated exclusive private use of the pool/infra red sauna for 75mins every day of your stay with us. Excluding checking out day . Please book online at upon arrival.If you wish to swim twice a day then the second swim will be charged for. Other things to note The indoor luxury heated swimming pool is complimentary to all guests staying at The Annex By The Bain. The opening times of the pool are 8 am to 8 pm , 7 days a week. The operator of the pool requires all guests to book via our website and tick the terms and conditions box The pool is very private and therefore you will be the only people using it at your pre booked times. All guests get 1 complimentary swim per day whilst staying with us. Further swim sessions can be booked and paid for via our website Health and safety regulations are in force and you must be competent swimmers. The house rules are as follows No food or drink are to be consumed in the pool room The opening times are 8am to 8 pm unless chemical dosage takes priority No jumping or diving Please respect the pools peaceful environment Ps The pool is a private pool but other guests may use the facility however you and your partner will have the pool exclusively to yourself during your pre booked session of 75 minutes duration
