This house is nestled in the heart of a huge one-hectare wooded park. You have direct access from the park to the banks of the Canal du Midi which adjoins the property, this allows you to travel to the city (5 km) by bike or even on foot without encountering cars! You will also have plenty of time to swim in the large 12 m by 5 m swimming pool, which is sheltered, which constantly ensures a water temperature of 5 to 6 degrees above average. It's the perfect spot for a family vacation. The space This house is an outbuilding of a large farmhouse but it is totally independent and has its own private parking. It also has a large covered terrace that is not overlooked. Inside, two comfortable and delicately decorated bedrooms, each with a storage closet and a wardrobe. In the living area, you will have a fireplace and glass doors that give a direct view of the park. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped. You will also have a small room in the tower that can be used as a desk area. The swimming pool, with access shared with us, the owners, offers a large and fenced play area, it is located at a sufficient distance from the houses to preserve everyone's privacy.
