Cottage bedroom & en-suite with extra activities

A self-contained bedroom with en-suite and continental style breakfast at £5 per night (for two). Set in 2 1/2 acreas of grounds you can use the tennis court for free. Other activities are available like archery, a BBQ and Fire Pit at small extra cost. Ask for costs. The property is very close to the Two Woods wedding venue. Plenty of walks from the property and a short drive to the fabulous South Downs and the coast, plus Goodwood and there are lovely West Sussex gastro Pubs to visit. The space There is a good sized double bedroom with an informal seating area to relax inside with additional small table and chairs outside to enjoy the setting sun. A new en-suite bathroom with shower, sink toilet and bidet adjoins the bedroom. Free wi-fi access and also free to view streaming is included. For breakfast a variety of cereals and fresh bread/ jams are provided. A fridge, kettle and toaster allow guests to prepare breakfast when they like. The property has over an acre of lawn in which you can enjoy many other activities detailed in the guest notes within the property. Guest access The property is on a private drive/ bridleway a mile and a half from the main A29. This means we have a lovely quiet country setting. There is an extensive gravel drive for multiple cars and as we are down a long country lane car use is essential. The benefit is the peace and quiet we enjoy living here. Cycling and walking are highly recommended in the area with multiple options direct from our front door. Other things to note Activities abound for the energetic or even the slightly competitive guest. We have a tennis court that is available to use for free. We can supply quality racquets and of course balls. Other free games include Boules, Molky, Giant Jenga & Frisbee. We can lay on other extra activities for a small fee including Archery lessons and target shooting with an Air Rifle. A Fire pit can be set up for you with sufficient wood, matches and toasting forks for gooey Marshmallows for a small extra charge. A gas BBQ can also be used with a small fee to cover the gas and utensils can be provided. We can hire you a ladies electric mountain bike and gents mountain bike for use over the weekend. Please ask in advance as all require some setting up and tuition in some cases. The paddock has a pathway around it which if you sit quietly will often allow you to see the Barn Owl flying over it looking for a take-away (!) and our semi-resident Canadian Geese do a passable 'DamBusters' formation flying impression low over the roof top and paddock. A semi resident Deer sometimes appears too. If you have forgotten something just ask and we always try to find a way to help.
