This is a professionally and lovingly restored original 1910 r house. Located in a historic downtown where you can walk to bars, restaurants, shops and entertainment. During your stay please take your trash to the exterior trash can, not the kitchen trash can. Upon checkout, do not strip bed. Return keys to where you found them. No unregistered guests(Airbnb only) Please refrain from phone calls music movie and media in common areas. it is a shared bath, please be conscious. If you did not buy it, do not try it. While there is central heat and air, it is not like a hotel, may run hotter in the summer and colder in the winter. if there are two registered guests there is an additional cleaning fee for the second bed of $10 this is not in the cleaning fee portion of the bill.
