House on a Creek in Arrowhead Lake community

Our beautiful zen type house located in the center of Arrowhead Lake Community. Walking distance to heated pool, tennis courts, playgrounds, beaches, and lake. House itself is like a mini-resort; spacious, has hot tub ( outside) and modern sauna (outside), huge deck. Located right on the creek. Fishing from the backyard! It also has pool table and table tennis. Other things to note Tenants who booked 3+ nights may use laundry ( located in the garage area), but not garage tools, equipment, etc. Except for laundry, tenants have no access/permission to enter garage area. Also tenants, who book for less than 3 nights are responsible for all community fees while registration ( not landlords’ money)
