Villa in Weilburg

We are renting out the main part of a freshly renovated former school building. The house is ideal for relaxing, making music or for groups who have to work in the area of Weilburg. You can get to Frankfurt fair by car in about an hour. The house sports several bathrooms, toilets, a complete kitchen, Sat-TV, WLAN, a fireplace, a big conference room and 3 sleeping rooms for up to 8 people. The surrounding is very quiet. Air condition in two rooms. No smoking inside the house. The space The house is located at the top of the little village Weilburg-Hasselbach. The forest is right around the corner, ideal for walking. You can visit Weilburg and its castle if you like, it is only 6km away. There are several shopping options nearby, the nearest is a big and new REWE market 3km away. There is a big lounch area in front of the house which can be used for BBQ in the evening. We have tables and seats for up to 12 people and a big grill. There also is a small terrace and a nice cabin. In order to be respectful to the neighbours, please go inside the house after midnight. Guest access The house has three levels. The first (entry) level provides acces to washing machine, dryer and extra fridge (e.g. for beverages). The second level (175 square meters) features a big open air-conditioned kitchen / dining room / living room with stove, 50 inch satellite TV, Netflix via PS3 and Hifi system. In the kitchen you will find induction cooker with oven, fully automatic coffee machine, airfryer, microwave, dishwascher and a big fridge. Also on the 2nd level are two bedrooms (2 beds each), a bathroom with shower and an additional toilet room. The third level consist of a bedroom with 4 beds and air condition. Next to it there is a bathroom with shower, and a big multi-purpose room for relaxing, listening to music (vinyl player, CD and internet radio) or work (three tables with chairs). All room mentioned above are at your disposal and do not have to be shared with anyone. There are additional rooms in the house for our private use, but they will be locked and empty while you are staying in our house. However, if you need any assistance, I can be there in short time (30mins) to help. It is probably best to come by car. There is enough parking space for up to five vehicles right in front of the house. On request you can charge electric cars also (11kW wallbox type2). If you arrive by train, exit at "Limburg-Süd" station and take a taxi cab from there. Other things to note Sheets and towels are provided by us. The house is a non-smoking house. Fast WiFi is available everywhere inside the house and at the lounge area in front. For shopping food, there is a big REWE market and an EDEKA market also, both in a 3km range.
