The space The house is situated only a few steps away from the crystal clear waters of Diakofti Beach. It comfortably fits five people and is perfect for a family or friends looking to relax and soak up the wonders of this beautiful Greek Island. Guest access The house was renovated in 2024. It has two bedrooms with different entries and one bathroom inside the house . There is another bathroom just outside the bbq area. There is a separate lounge room with full view of the beach and a separate and fully equipped modern kitchen area. There is also separate store room with laundry facilities. One double bedroom faces the Mediterranean and the other double bedroom looks out onto the pergola area which faces the picturesque mountain that overlooks Diakofti. Both rooms have double beds and built in wardrobes. All parts of the house are accessible to the tenants and each room has its own reverse-cycle air-conditioning systems. Other things to note The house also has a side entrance to the beach with an out-door shower to wash away the sand before you enter your rooms. A lovely rear courtyard with a vine-covered pergola is a wonderful space to enjoy an al fresco meal or just sit and admire the magnificence that is the mountain-side of Diakofti.
