The villa, nestled in the greenery of the Sicilian Organic Farm, is located just 15 minutes from the magnificent Selinunte and from the beaches of Menfi and Porto Palo. This villa is made up of three different blocks: the sleeping area (3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms) (1 block looks at a small lake and it give the idea of a ‘zen’ dwelling) and the living area (kitchen and spacious living and dining room), well-finished furnished with a patio leads in the swimming pool area. CIR: 19081006C223837 The space The Villa is located in the Sicilian Organic Farm (a few kilometers from the archaeological park of Selinunte and the sea of Menfi/Portopalo), where we grow Olive Trees, different varieties of citrus fruits (orange, lemon, grapefruit, lime), tropical plants (mango, avocado, guava) and ornamental plants. For this reason, it is ideal for a holiday in the middle of Nature, Relax and Art. Guest access In addition to the villa and the surrounding lawn, guests can access the other spaces of the Farm, to stroll among the crops. Other things to note The Villa can be requested by a smaller number of 6 people. Contact us for info on rates. 1. The tourist tax of € 1.00 per person per day must be added to the rates. The rate applies from the age of 12. 2. SERVICES & ADDITIONAL COSTS (a credit card will be requested as a guarantee) - Use extra energy supply: excess 330 kw per week € 0.40 per kW; - Extra cleaning of the house: € 16,00 per hour; - Extra linen: € 24,00 (one bed linen set and one bath towels set per person); - Heating: € 80.00 per day for 12 hours of activation; - Refund for technical intervention to resolve the occlusion of drains due to incorrect use (the cooking oil should not be thrown into the sink; in toilets it is allowed to throw only moderate quantity toilet paper). Check in from 16.00 to 20.00. For late check in before 23.00 and on holidays there is an extra supplement to ask the host. After 23.00 it is not possible to check in.
