The property consists of six modern apartments, all rented together as one large villa for private use only — ideal for families, friends, and team gatherings. Four apartments each feature two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room, while two are studio apartments, providing the perfect balance of shared space and individual comfort. Each unit has its own kitchen, bathroom, and living area, ensuring privacy and convenience for every guest. Set on 5,000 m² of private land bordering a peaceful pine forest, the villa offers a unique sense of privacy and tranquility, just 600 meters from the sea. Guests can relax by the large, 12 -meter long private swimming pool, cook together in the covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue, or enjoy endless entertainment in the outdoor play zone filled with games. Five bicycles are available for exploring the island, while the spacious outdoor area with tables and seating creates the perfect setting for shared meals, laughter, and long summer evenings under the Mediterranean sky. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire estate, ensuring complete privacy throughout their stay. This includes all six apartments, the 12-meter-long private pool, the covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue, the large outdoor play zone with games, and the spacious 5,000 m² garden surrounded by greenery and a pine forest. There is private on-site parking for up to 10 cars, with additional space available if needed. Upon arrival, guests are personally welcomed by the host, who provides a short tour of the property, explains how everything works, and hands over the keys. A breakfast service is available on request (€15 per person per night) and must be booked at least two weeks prior to check-in. The entire property is rented exclusively to one group only, guaranteeing guests the freedom to enjoy every area of the villa in complete comfort and privacy. Other things to note The swiimming pool is seasonal and not heated, open from April 1st to October 31st. Water temperature depends on weather conditions. Breakfast is available upon request at €15 per person per day. This service must be booked at least two weeks before check-in to ensure availability. Concierge services can be arranged for wine and olive oil tastings, private boat tours, traditional Dalmatian dinners, or similar experiences upon request. Please note that concierge service does not imply an on-site staff presence – all activities, reservations, and experiences should be requested and arranged in advance to ensure availability. Pets are welcome with an additional charge of €30,00 per dog per night. Extra bed (extendable sofa) is available with an additional charge of €25,00 per bed per night. Check-in is from 16:00 (4:00 PM) and check-out until 10:00 (10:00 AM). Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on availability and must be arranged in advance. A late check-out is charged at 50% of the nightly rate, allowing guests to use the resort until 18:00 (6:00 PM) on the day of departure. After 18:00, the resort must be vacated. The resort offers private on-site parking with 10 spaces.
