The apartment consists of two bedrooms with three beds, for 4 people, a large living-dining area with open kitchen and a very nice, spacious conservatory. Linens and towels are included in the rental price. There is also a small room with a washing machine and ironing board, which can be used free of charge. The space The apartment can be reached via a separate entrance. There is an open-plan living-dining area, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a conservatory. In the boiler room/utility room there is a washing machine, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and cleaning utensils. Other things to note Attention! Our local thoroughfare is currently being renovated. At the moment, the first construction phase has started. It is not yet directly in front of the apartment, but construction site traffic is passing by! Please note this when booking. It has not yet been communicated when construction phase 2 will start. It will then be right in front of the apartment.
