Apartment where Cleanliness and Comfort

For our guests, we offer a 1-room cozy, clean, bright, renovated apartment. All furniture and plumbing are brand new. The space Guests are provided with bed linen, towels, personal hygiene products (soap, shampoo, shower gel), hygiene items (cotton pads, cotton buds). If something is torn or you need to sew on a button, a needle and thread are always available. ~Digital TV, WiFi ~Dishes, household appliances ~ Hair dryer ~ Iron After each guest, the apartment is thoroughly cleaned, bed linen and towels are changed, and the dishes are thoroughly washed. The toilet room is always treated with disinfectants. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartment. You can't gather groups of people and have noisy parties. Age 23+. Have a passport with you! Guest access The entire space. Other things to note A short-term lease agreement is concluded with the guest at check-in. Early check-in before 2pm and late check-out after 1pm are subject to additional agreement.
