Here is what you can expect! - Comfy Beds (disinfect & sanitized after each stay, with doctor grade disinfectant) - Quick Communication - Easy Self Check-In! - Fluffy Towels/Shampoo/Etc - Full Kitchen - HUGE 55 inch TV - Common Areas shared - Minim $100 additional fee for substantial mess - Full Cleaning Services $20, every 7th night stays The space For your safety we have professional cleaners disinfect & sanitized after each stay, with doctor-grade disinfectant. As you drive up to the home you will see three to four parking spots on the north side of the home just for you. The front porch is great for sitting out underneath the shade. As you enter to the left is the common area with a HUGE flat-screen TV and sofa and chairs to hang out with friends or family. To the right is a full-service kitchen with a breakfast nook for eating meals. The laundry room is off the kitchen with a washer & dryer, as well as an ironing board & iron. (Our cleaning team may need to use the washer/dryer from 11-3) Your enormous King bedroom & shared bathroom (if someone else is staying upstairs) is located on the 2nd floor. You will LOVE the decor of this house with a simple and clean feel while having a warm homey vibe! This room is one of four rooms that we rent in the home. Each room has it's own keyed lock & Door Security Swing Guards. Other things to note If your visit is longer than 7 days, your room will be freshened up & you'll be provided with fresh towels & linens with an additional $25 fee.
