House located near the D910 (former RN10) between Chartres and Rambouillet (12 minutes from the A11 Chartres Est No. 2 exit and 8 minutes from the A11 Ablis No. 1 exit). Pleasant house in a bucolic setting, adorned with well-flowered flowerbeds according to the seasons, lawn, small vegetable garden. You'll love it!!! The space Nice and quiet accommodation where you can rest in a natural environment. You will enjoy, from the first sunny days, a large veranda. In summer, a summer kitchen welcomes you with barbecue, garden furniture, nearby bowling ground and views of a small lake (fishing possible). Fresh eggs every morning thanks to a recreational chicken coop (but no rooster to wake you up!!!). Friendly place where exchanges and good encounters are the norm on a daily basis. "Tranquility": a pleasant and quiet room, TV and small desk. Guest access Shared bathroom and toilet. Come and enjoy a pleasant setting. During your stay I appreciate sociable travelers and I love dialogue. A small coffee or aperitif will be offered to welcome you to my home. If you stay several days, you will have the opportunity to taste my desserts (tarte tatin among others). Other things to note - Breakfast and meals are not included in the price (breakfast: €5.00 and meals: €10 to €12, possible). - For long-term stays: possibility of taking care of washing and ironing the laundry. - Presence of animals: chihuahua and very sociable cats but beware of allergies. - Easy and secure parking (dead end). - Whatever your arrival time, a warm welcome will be reserved for you.
