Other things to note By construction regulations of the subdivision, the perimeter fences are 1.2 meters at the front, 1.4 meters at the sides and 1.8 meters at the back. Also by regulation, the volume level of music must not exceed 50 db and the volume must be lowered at night from 12 pm.
